eBay出品のこのギターに解説が付いてたので貼り付けます。
The Kent name is synonymous with the colorful guitars once found hanging in many '60s-era music stores. According to Tony Bacon's excellent book 'Classic Guitars of the '60s', Kent was actually a brand cooked up by New York based musical instrument wholesaler Buegeleisen & Jacobson for its imported line of Japanese guitars. Kent guitars were originally manufactured by Guyatone, but in 1967, B&J changed suppliers -reportedly to Kawai, which, by the end of the decade was on of the biggest guitar makers in Japan.
